On the 8th of October 2023 the Ayr Battalion held their 140th Anniversary Service of Thanksgiving for The Boy’s Brigade In the Auld Kirk.

Carol and Iain Guthrie and Janette and David Hunter were married in the Auld Kirk on the 24th of September 1973. Here they are pictured 50 years later celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Carol and Janette are sisters.
